First results on spectroscopy in the visible

We have measured the transmission of an optical didymium oxide filter. Using the previous setup, a white screen placed in front of the camera has been illuminated with the xenon discharge lamp and a portion of the field of view of the camera has been covered with the filter.

The obtained transmittance spectrum has been compared with the same measured with a spectrophotometer (thin line).
